George 4 Building Projects Ltd completed this extension and house renovation for clients based in Oxshott.

The work was extensive and involved replacing the entire roof structure to accommodate the loft conversion with rear dormer and two large rooms and a bathroom.

​

The first floor front extension included the complete refurbishment of the rooms and installation of three new bathrooms, bedrooms and master with dressing room.

​

We undertook all aspects of carpentry installing two new oak staircases, oak flooring on all three floors and a new front doors. All made locally by our skilled craftsmen.

​

We also replaced the roof on the garage.
